THE CLIENT

A leading provider of sustainable and renewable energy products and services, helping homeowners and businesses alike become completely emission free with truly affordable 100% renewable electricity and carbon-neutral natural gas plans.

THE APPROACH

The client had entered into a business partnership, of which a critical component was the commitment to build an online ordering and sales portal within a very limited time frame. We were approached to create a online ordering and sales platform that needed to be flexible enough to quickly expand into new territories, each with unique market requirements and regulatory obligations.

THE CHALLENGE

The following challenges and issues had to be addressed :

• Creating a flexible platform to enable quick rollout in new territories.

• Designing a robust and extendable online sales portal within a very limited time frame.

• Allowing for the expansion to a variety of markets

THE SOLUTION

Our experienced team successfully created a online ordering and sales platform using superior processes that enabled us to deploy the first version of the portal on time. We designed and built a robust and extendable system that is very easy to use. Over the course of the following year, we expanded the solution to 6 other markets helping the client to meet all contractual obligations.

THE RESULT

The sales portal was launched within only 8 weeks. Our flexible solution architecture enabled us to accommodate specific regulatory rules for each of the markets quickly and efficiently, while providing ongoing consulting and technical support.
